ITE Inspire: Wang Junyong
Managing Director, I.S.E. Education Co. Ltd

Junyong found motivation and confidence through taiko drumming after experiencing academic difficulties. He subsequently graduated from ITE as valedictorian, established its first Taiko Club and founded Mangrove Learning, a social enterprise that uses drumming to engage communities. He later established TG International School in Cambodia and persevered through the disruptions of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, a Singapore-based education group invested in the school, and its new campus opened in 2024. Junyong served on the ITE Alumni Association Management Committee from 2015 to 2023, regularly engages ITE students through speaking opportunities and has held regional youth leadership roles.
