Civic Action: Lovelynne Chong

Lovelynne has dedicated 17 years to supporting young people facing barriers to social mobility. As the Founder of FyreFlyz, she has championed youth development, community building and civic engagement, while volunteering alongside the communities she serves for nine years. Her commitment to creating positive social impact saw FyreFlyz recognised as a Champion of Good under Company of Good in 2025.

Fellowship Goals and Aspirations
Through the Fellowship, Lovelynne plans to develop and test an intergenerational collaboration model that connects underserved youths with experienced adults, professionals and civic leaders. By fostering meaningful relationships and shared opportunities, she hopes to explore how stronger social capital can support youth development and social mobility.
