Impact partners
The President’s Challenge works with leading foundations and agencies that share its mission — leveraging their expertise, networks, and capabilities.
Overview
We work with Impact Partners to deepen and broaden our impact in key areas such as arts, sports and social cohesion. These strategic partners bring sector expertise, networks and platforms to co-develop initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for individuals and communities.
Under this model, President’s Challenge will:
Co-fund selected programmes with our partners
Endorse high-impact initiatives aligned with our mission
Facilitate networks and collaborations across sectors
Support grant-making through our shared commitment to strong governance and the social good
Our Impact Partners
National Arts Council (NAC)

Through our partnership with the National Arts Council (NAC), President’s Challenge is expanding access to NAC Arts Scholarships — now extended to pre-tertiary arts programmes at our local arts institutions. This helps nurture young talent from the start, empowering them to pursue their creative aspirations and contribute to Singapore’s cultural identity and creative economy.
This includes expanding access to the NAC Arts Scholarships at diploma and degree levels, supporting emerging artistic talents from diverse backgrounds, including individuals from less advantaged backgrounds, to pursue their creative aspirations. By opening more pathways into the arts, we hope to empower young talents to grow their potential and contribute to Singapore’s cultural identity and creative economy.

Funded by President’s Challenge and the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), the Multicultural Arts Programme Grant (MAP Grant) supports the development and growth of multicultural artistic content, art works and programmes grounded in Singapore’s identity, by a diverse range of arts practitioners and organisations. The President’s Challenge Multicultural Panel comprising practitioners and community leaders with experience across art forms and cultural traditions, will advise on the implementation of the MAP Grant and guide initiatives in multicultural arts.
