Benefitting Programmes
Learn more about the programmes that the President’s Challenge is proud to stand behind – and the meaningful work they do across our community.
Overview
Each year, the President’s Challenge supports over 60 programmes uplifting individuals and communities facing greater challenges. With funding of up to 5 years, we support initiatives that drive sustained impact and meaningful outcomes.
Here are some of the 2026 supported programmes:
Epworth Community Services (Bold Horizon)
Bold Horizon provides early, community-based mental health support for children, youths and caregivers affected by adverse childhood experiences. Through therapy, caregiver coaching, mentoring and strengths-based activities, the programme helps children heal, build resilience and confidence, while strengthening family relationships and creating a more stable environment for growth.
One Hope Centre (Behavioural Addiction Recovery Programme)

One Hope Centre’s Behavioural Addiction Recovery Programme supports individuals and their families as they journey on the recovery process from addiction. Through counselling and peer support over six months, the programme helps beneficiaries and their affected family members understand triggers, build healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and sustain recovery over time.
Singapore Aquatics (Empowering Lives through Aquatics)
Empowering Lives through Aquatics is a fully subsidised swimming and water-safety programme for children from low-income and vulnerable households. Through structured weekly lessons, children build water confidence, learn essential safety skills, and develop physical literacy and confidence, opening pathways to sustained participation in sport.
Yellow Ribbon Cares Limited (Titans of Change)

A peer-led reintegration programme supporting ex-offenders from early support after release to opportunities to guide others. Through befriending, facilitated sharing, community giveback and workforce pathways, the programme builds confidence, strengthens social support, reduces stigma, and creates a self-sustaining cycle of reintegration.
YMCA of Singapore (Club LITE)
Club LITE supports youths and young adults (18 & above) with intellectual disabilities and autism through structured activities, social gatherings and life skills workshops. By creating regular opportunities to build confidence, social skills and independence, the programme helps participants stay connected to community life and navigate the post-school transition with greater assurance.
