Noel’s journey in the hairdressing industry began at ITE, where he enrolled in the newly launched Nitec in Hair Services course. Inspired by his aunt’s neighborhood salon, he discovered a natural flair for hairstyling. Through perseverance and hard work, Noel went on to win multiple awards. Today, he owns/co-owns four salons and manages 46 staff members.
Fellowship Goals and Aspirations
Noel hopes to advocate for hairdressing as a respected profession and viable career path using social media outreach, motivational talks, mentorship and providing internships and full-time positions to ITE graduates.
