Mr Lim Shung Yar is Chief Executive Officer of the National Council of Social Service. He has served in diverse portfolios across the public service, including leadership roles overseeing HR policy and leadership development at the Public Service Division and Ministry of Education, and focusing on social cohesion and community relations at the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth. Shung Yar currently serves on the National Parks Board and holds degrees from Imperial College London, MIT, and NUS.
