Overview
The Springboard Fellowship uplifts individuals who overcome significant life challenges and are ready to chart new paths forward.
Whether through education and upskilling for meaningful employment or starting a business, the Springboard Fellowship supports Fellows with the tools, training, and networks to rebuild their lives — and inspire others to do the same.

Eligibility criteria
To apply, you must:
Be a Singaporean citizen aged 18 and above
Demonstrate resilience in overcoming significant life challenges
Have a clear motivation and concrete steps/plans to rebuild your life
Not currently a recipient of a full scholarship or similar fellowship
Able to commit full-time to a two-year programme
Assessment criteria
We are looking for individuals with:
A powerful personal story of resilience and growth
Clear goals and commitment to their next chapter
Motivation to pursue change for themselves and others
Potential to inspire and uplift their communities
Please note that the Fellowship is designed for individuals who are ready to explore new pathways after experiencing significant life challenges or setbacks. It is not intended to provide financial assistance or business recovery support.
