Celebrate our shared spirit at the Istana Open House – festive fun that also makes a difference.

Overview 

The Istana Open House is a special occasion for visitors to explore the grounds of the Istana and experience the richness of Singapore’s cultural heritage. Held in conjunction with selected public holidays, it is a vibrant celebration of unity, diversity, and community spirit.

As part of the President’s Challenge, these events go beyond the festivities. Visitors enjoy performances, family activities, and interactive booths, while also discovering the meaningful causes supported by the President’s Challenge. All proceeds from the entrance into the Istana grounds, tours, and the Istana and President’s Challenge merchandise booth will support our beneficiaries.  

Come for the celebration and leave knowing you have been part of something larger.

Deepavali 2025

What a radiant celebration at the Istana Open House this Deepavali where joy, culture and compassion came together.

Every donation raised supports 60 benefitting programmes under the President’s Challenge, uplifting lives and strengthening our community. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and our dedicated partners for making this celebration truly special!
